Spring 2023 Registration
Registration for Matilda is full.



We are limiting this show to 60 kids.  If you register once the show is full, you will be put on a waiting list and will be notified as such.

Please have all paperwork and payment ($50 annual membership fee and $25 production fee deposit) submitted online before PCR (Thursday, December 1st). Payment must be received before an audition appointment can be made.

Important Information:

  • Pre-casting rehearsals will be held December 1st 6-9pm

  • Mandatory Parent meeting December 1st, audition appointments will be made at this time

  • Auditions will be held by appointment December 3rd 9:00am-3:00pm

  • Once all auditions are complete, a list of cast members who need to come to callbacks will be posted

  • Callbacks, will be held on Tuesday, December 6th from 6-9pm and if needed on Thursday, December 8th from 6-9pm

  • Cast members will be offered roles and expected to be off book for Act 1 before the first rehearsal

  • First rehearsal is January 10th, 6-8:30pm

  • Rehearsals are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-8:30 and Saturdays from 9-12:30  

  • Feb 11th and March 4th will be extended until 4:00 

  • Starting mid-April, Tuesday and Thursday rehearsals will be extended until 9:00 and Saturdays will be extended until up to 4:00.  We will post times as soon as we have them.

  • Tech week will start on Saturday, May 20th through Wednesday, May 24th (no rehearsal on Sunday).  Show will be held Thursday, May 25th through Saturday, May 27th (No conflicts will be accepted for tech week or show dates)

​Cost Information:

  • Each family is required to pay an annual membership fee of $50 when registering.  Our fiscal year runs July 1st-June 30th, so all annual memberships expire on June 30th. (James and the Giant Peach cast members have already paid this fee)

  • Production fees are $175 (a deposit of $25 must be paid when registering, the balance due before 1st rehearsal) We do offer sibling discounts-The first child is full price, additional children are $25 off (Balance can be paid online in our store, or by check)

  • Costume fee $25 per child (Pay online in our store, or by check)

  • $25 script deposit that is held and returned upon script return at end of show (Check at Parent Meeting)​

  • There is a limited number of scholarships available.  Please email to inquire.

Volunteer Information:

  • We are a non-profit organization, which means that everything we do (except our main production team) is based on our family volunteers. It is how we are able to provide children with an exceptional theater experience at a minimal cost. Each family is asked to provide at least one volunteer - volunteers can consist of parents, extended family members, neighbors or friends.  More details will be in the email you receive after registration.
