Fall 2023 Registration

Please have all paperwork and payment ($50 annual membership fee and $25 production fee deposit) submitted online before auditions (Tuesday, August 1st). Payment must be received in order to be cast in the show.

Important Information:
***The format for auditions is a little different than normal, please read carefully***


  • Auditions will be held August 1st and 3rd 6-9pm (Everyone must attend both days)  A song will be taught that will be used for auditions.  If you wish, you may also prepare 60 seconds of a song.  It is completely optional.  All cast will be considered for all roles whether or not you sing an additional song.

  • Mandatory Parent meeting August 1st.

  • Once all auditions are complete, members needed for callbacks will be notified individually.

  • Callbacks will be held on Saturday, August 5th from 9am-12pm.

  • First rehearsal is August 8th, 6-8:30pm

  • Rehearsals schedule will be as follows:
    August and September:  Tues and Thurs from 6-8:30pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm
    October: Tues and Thurs
     from 6-8:30pm and Saturdays 9am-12pm
    November: Tues and Thurs
     from 6-9:00pm and Saturdays 9-3pm

  • Tech week will start on Monday, November 13th through Wednesday, November 15th.  Show will be held Thursday, November 16th through Saturday, November 18th (No conflicts will be accepted for tech week or show dates)

​Cost Information:

  • Each family is required to pay an annual membership fee of $50 when registering.  Our fiscal year runs July 1st-June 30th, so all annual memberships expire on June 30th. (Since it's a new fiscal year, EVERY family must pay this fee)

  • Production fees are $175 (a deposit of $25 must be paid when registering, the balance due before 1st rehearsal) We do offer sibling discounts-The first child is full price, additional children are $25 off (Balance can be paid online in our store, or by check or card in person)

  • Costume fee $50 per child (Pay online in our store, or by check)

  • $25 script deposit that is held and returned upon script return at end of show (Check or cash at first rehearsal)​

  • There are a limited number of scholarships available.  Please email to inquire.

Volunteer Information:

  • We are a non-profit organization, which means that everything we do (except our main production team) is based on our family volunteers. It is how we are able to provide children with an exceptional theater experience at a minimal cost. Each family is asked to provide at least one volunteer - volunteers can consist of parents, extended family members, neighbors or friends.  More details will be in the email you receive after registration.
